Happy Thursday! It was Wednesday yesterday, so here is the weekly installment of “What Knot Wednesday”.

This Wednesday the tie was wider and more colorful than last week’s.  It’s a series of diamonds in 6 different, muted tones.  The tie has alternating horizontal and vertical lines on the diamond shapes that provide for a slight bumpy texture.

Again, with the ensemble, I am wearing my standard – and favorite – white shirt. My outerwear is a black vest with smart looking lapels. The black vest went very well with the tie.

To add a little sass, I had a pair of dark tan trousers faint black streaks that created an almost golden look.

Finishing off with a pair of British-tan wing-tips and matching belt.

That wraps up this week’s installment. Again, I am getting caught up with posts while at the same time tweaking the site, but I am currently working on the ultimate tie guide for the dapper in all of us. I may do this in installments as well.
